Cinna-Muffins

After reading this recipe on elenaspantry.com for a paleo breakfast bread, it looked like one of those easy-to-make recipes with a failproof guarantee. It was!
Instead of a baking dish, i used sillicone muffin cups. This is a great breakfast muffin, or a snack for on the go.

Ingredients: (about 8 muffins)

1/2 cup almond butter
3 small eggs
2 tbs honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Sukrin (optional)
1/4 baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt (my almond butter was already salted, so i left it out)

Mix all the ingredients together, i used the old fashioned whisk :-)
Pour the batter into the cups, to about halfway.
Pre-heat the oven to about 170 celsius and bake for 15-20 mins.
