Getting ready for Whole21+

So not Paleo
After an elaborate weekend of Champagne and other delights, it's time to wrap things up and come back to earth and reality.
To be honest, I can't be more relieved, since all this crazy food was making me a bit, well, crazy.
At some point eating things just because they are around, or just because, is the very issue being addressed in It starts with Food as well, so it's really time to reset my mindset and relationship with food again.

Have to admit, we did bring back 8 bottles of some spectacular champagne, to be enjoyed in the future, and some of the best salted butter you'll ever taste :-)
Of course we also brought back some of the famous Fleur de Sel.





For now, I'm ready to clean things up again, so let's do this!
