Whole 21+: Day 5

The weekend has arrived, and that can potentially be a bit of a challenge. But surprisingly still, I had no trouble at all, no cravings, etc. Only thing that got messed up was my water intake, which was way too low.
Meal 1 was not really different from the last few days:

4 eggs
4 strips of bacon
tomato
1/2 avocado
1/2  pear

cooked in coconut oil of course!



Was able to go through a big part of the day without eating anything, when I got home around 4 pm I had some left-over green cabbage, carrots, egg and a few macadamias.


My last meal was again quite simple;

sweet potato baked in the oven, pork chops, broccoli, beets & a salad.
Before

I seasoned the sweet potatoes with some fennel seeds and salt and baked them in coconut oil.


Served the pork with a little truffle paste on top.
