19 Days of Whole30: Day 16

Zero Carb PastaDay 16 has arrived, and I have to admit, I'm really looking forward to ringing in our holiday and raising a glass this weekend.
And having a piece of chocolate. Or 2.

What I'm curious about, is how to stay as compliant as possible during our trip, which will be a bit of a challenge, since most of our trip will be in Asia (Bali)




Today is a work from home day, and we got started with a great meal with:
eggs
corned beef & spinach
avocado
some orange & banana

For lunch, I had the left-over green curry chicken, this time with some shirataki noodles.
Heated some coconut oil in the pan, added some curry powder and cooked the noodles through for about 3-4 mins.

In the afternoon, I had a piece of banana mud with almond butter.

We are trying to empty our fridge and freezer before we go, so I had to experiment a bit. It came to Brussels sprouts and shrimp. Recipe found here.
