This is a simple and quick recipe for fish cakes, with only a few ingredients that you can also alter to your own liking. The recipe below will make about 6 cakes.
400 grams of pollock
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili flakes
coconut oil for cooking
In a food processor, grind the fish, carrot & parsley together. Transfer to a bowl, and add in the other ingredients and mix well.
Form 6 separate balls and heat some oil in a frying pan. Cook the burgers until brown on both sides, for about 15 mins. Enjoy!
