Spicy Meatballs

The good thing about this recipe (ok, there are more than 1) is that you can make this beforehand, turn the oven on when you get home, pop it in the oven, wait 40 mins and done!

They've become another favorite in our house: Spicy Meatballs

2 lbs of ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 small tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp chili flakes
1,5 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Mix all the ingredients together, and form balls from the meat (I made them a touch smaller than a golf ball) If you make them a bit smaller, they are also great as appetizers!
Heat the oven to 180C (350F) and melt some coconut oil in an oven dish. Bake the meatballs until brown for about 30-40 mins.
