Whole30 2014 - Day 22

One week left to go, and it seems that the days are also going by quicker. The only confronting thing so far has been the non-drinking, and when friends announced their engagement last night, it did feel a bit wrong to cheers to their happiness with sparkling water.
Not that alcohol would have changed the atmosphere, but have to admit, it wasn't quite the same. Either way, we stuck to the plan.

Today got started with simple fried eggs, bacon, avocado and some fruit.

Had a bit of a messy morning and wasn't sure if I could workout of not, so didn't eat anything before I finally did go to the gym.

Afterwards I had a banana, and when I got home I got a BIG plate of food: eggplant lasagna again with veggies.

Was very excited to receive samples in the mail from RxBar, these bars are Whole30 approved and contain 15 grams of protein. Great for a pre-workout snack! Review will be posted soon :-)


For dinner, I made Egg Foo Young, served on top of zucchini noodles and Chinese cabbage, plus a side salad.
