Product Review: Paleo Baking Company

The Paleo Baking Company was founded in March of 2012, by Hannah Dorn, for the reason so many of us have switched to the paleo diet; suffering from auto-immune symptoms, allergies and so on.
This bakery creates delicious muffins and treats, only using the finest natural ingredients. Through the wonders of social media, we came in contact, and Hannah offered to send us some samples of her creations to try.
We were excited to sample the following muffins:

- blueberry
- hazelnut
- chocolate
- pumpkin spice

The taste test resulted in the blueberry & 
chocolate being the favorites, hazelnut tasting only a bit salty (perhaps a little less baking soda) and the pumpkin spice a great seasonal treat.
The ingredient list is short; 6-7 ingredients, and paleo proof, just be aware if you have a nut allergy. 
Only tip we came up with, is to ship the muffins wrapped, since it seemed that the shipping company played soccer with the box, causing the muffins to fall apart a bit and crumble.
