Low Carb Chocolate Cheesecake

I should really make more savory recipes, but this one was too tempting to pass up, so here we go:


200 grams of cream cheese, softened
3 sheets of gelatin
1 scoop of chocolate whey powder (I used My Protein)
250 ml of cream
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 cup of water
4 tbsp erythritol

Soften the gelatin in a bit of water. Whip the cream, mix it in with the cream cheese.
Mix the cocoa powder, erythritol, whey protein in the cup of water and warm it in a pan, do not boil. Add in the gelatin and keep mixing until it is dissolved.

Mix the liquid with the cream cheese mix, pour into a loaf pan and col in the fridge for at least a few hours (overnight is better)
