Locked-up Eggs

This dish is perfect for a Sunday breakfast or brunch, but could just as easily be dinner.
To make sure the beef has a lot of flavor, I suggest you marinate it a day before.

It looks pretty, is something different and a guaranteed hit!

Ingredients (for 2 rings)

300 grams of ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp of Ras el Hanout
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
coconut oil for cooking

2 extra eggs for the actual cooking.

Season the beef well and add in 1 egg. Let it marinate in the fridge overnight.
Divide the beef into 2 equal parts, and roll on a board into a roll. Make a ring of it, and put in a pan with some oil. Cook brown on both sides, so the beef becomes nice and firm. Last, crack an egg into the middle and let it cook on low heat until fully cooked.
