Chocolate Avo-Mousse

Sometimes I just want dessert. And chocolate. So that's what I did and this is how ridiculously simple it is:

2 avocados
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tsp erythritol (or use stevia)

Personally, I prefer the hand mixer, since you can mix it straight in the bowl, without having half of the stuff sticking in a kitchen machine. So, mix it up thoroughly and refrigerate for about an hour before you eat (if you like it a bit cold of course)
You can add crushed walnuts, almonds, etc. to it for an extra crunch, or top it with some whipped cream.
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for about 1,5 days.
