Whole30: Day 18

Today was another early training day, and I wanted to experiment a little again with what to eat before the workout. This time I went for a boiled egg, 1/2 an avocado and a small bowl of blueberries.
It was just right to get me through the workout without making me too full, and again, the workout went really well, I'm starting to turn into an Rx Machine!

My so had also a simple breakfast, 2 eggs, avocado, tomato & ham and a side of berries.

Had the next meal at 1 pm, was quite hungry actually,
but that's no surprise.
It was a full plate of left-over stir fry and 100 grams of small shrimps. Adding a bit of crunch with coconut chips, this was another excellent meal!

Was feeling a bit hungry at 4 pm, so had some slices of chicken, a boiled egg & 1 tsp of coconut oil.

Also at home I felt a bit more snack-ish than usual, had some radish and sliced meats.

For the last meal of the day, I finally wanted to try the Jerusalem artichoke I bought earlier. Cooked it together with some sweet potato, onion & garlic, and to add a bit of green, put some frozen spinach in the mix.

Served that with some of the left-over grilled veggies and a piece of salmon.
